To assist you in acquiring the product of your choice, we offer a layaway plan. Our layaway program allows you to reserve an item and make incremental payments over a specified period, ensuring you secure the product without the need for immediate full payment. Please take a moment to review our layaway policy outlined below.


Reservation and Deposit:

  1. To initiate a layaway plan, please contact us via phone or email, providing the item SKU or title.  We can be reached at email at hello@jewelrugs.com, and by phone at (856) 345-9444.
  2. A deposit is required to secure the layaway plan.  The deposit must be at least 25% of the current price of the item.
  3. The deposit is deducted from the total purchase price of the item.
  4. The item will be reserved for you once the deposit payment is successfully processed.
  5. Upon successful completion of the payment plan, the item will be shipped


Payment Schedule:

  1. The remaining balance must be paid off within the agreed-upon timeframe.
  2. We offer flexible payment options, allowing you to make periodic payments towards the balance.


Payment Methods:

  1. Accepted payment methods for layaway plans include credit cards, debit cards, or other forms of electronic payment as indicated during checkout.


Cancellation and Refunds:

  • If you decide to cancel the layaway plan before completing the payment, the initial deposit is non-refundable. This is because of the costs incurred due to holding the item and missing out on other potential buyers during the reservation period.
  • If 90 days pass from the date the payment plan was meant to be completed and the payment has not been finalized, the layaway plan will be considered canceled, and the item will be forfeited. In such cases, the initial deposit and any payments made towards the item will not be refunded.


Item Availability:

  • The item will be reserved for you during the layaway period.


Modifications and Changes:

  • Changes to the layaway plan, such as payment schedule adjustments or cancellation, can be made by contacting our customer support team.
