Return Instructions
Customers interested in making a return should contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship the item back within 30 days of delivery. For orders placed on Etsy, customers should contact us within 7 days of delivery and ship the item back within 14 days of delivery. While we offer free shipping when sending out the rugs, the return shipping expense is the responsibility of the customer. The return will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the item back.
Return Instructions
The customer should ensure that the rug is wrapped properly to arrive safely during return shipping without sustaining any damage. Below are the instructions on how to prepare the rug for return shipping, along with videos demonstrating the process.

Folding the Rug:
- Fold the rug either in half or in thirds along its width (the shorter side). For example, if a rug is 6x9, fold it in half so that it becomes 3x9.

Rolling the Rug:
- Once folded, roll the rug tightly. Tie two strings around each end of the rug to prevent it from opening during transit.

Packaging the Rug:
- Place the rug inside two layers of heavy-duty contractor bags and tape it securely.

Measuring the Package:
- After packaging the rug, measure the Length x Width x Height of the packaged rug to create a shipping label. Also, make note of its weight.

Rugs can be shipped via the carrier of your choice. Our preferred carrier is FedEx. You can create a shipping label on the FedEx or UPS website using the measurements and weight of the packaged rug. Alternatively, you can go to a FedEx or UPS location after the rug has been packaged, and they can assist you with making the label.

Refund Processing Times:

Note on Improperly Packaged Items:
Items that are shipped back in an inadequate fashion which results in damage to the rug, or causes the rug to become dirty will be subject to a restocking fee, to be determined based on the extent of the damage sustained to the rug. Examples of inadequately packaged rugs can be seen below.
