Return Instructions

Customers interested in making a return should contact us within 14 days of delivery, and ship the item back within 30 days of delivery.  For orders placed on Etsy, customers should contact us within 7 days of delivery, and ship the item back within 14 days of delivery.  While we offer free shipping when sending out the rugs, the return shipping expense is the responsibility of the customer.  The return will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the item back.

Return Instructions

The customer should take care to ensure that the rug is wrapped properly so that it can arrive safely during the return shipping without sustaining any damage. 

Here are some instructions on how to prepare the rug for return shipping. In addition, videos demonstrating how to prepare the rug for shipping are included below. The rug should be folded either in half or in thirds.  Then, it can be rolled.  Once it is rolled up, tie two strings around each end of the rug so that it does not open up while in transit. Next, place the rug inside two layers of heavy duty contractor bags and tape it securely.

Rugs can be shipped via the carrier of your choice.  Our preferred carrier is FedEx.

Note on Improperly Packaged Items

Items that are shipped back in an inadequate fashion which results in damage to the rug, or causes the rug to become dirty will be subject to a restocking fee, to be determined based on the extent of the damage sustained to the rug.  Examples of inadequately packaged rugs can be seen below.
