We gladly accept returns and exchanges and have a no-hassle return policy. The customer should contact us within 14 days of delivery in order to begin processing the return. Upon receiving the rug we will refund your original form of payment. While we provide free shipping to the Continental US when sending out the rug, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. For international purchases, we will not be able to accept returns.

I am THRILLED with my new rug. It's beyond stunning and such high quality. I had been a little concerned about if there were stains on the fringe due to the photos (though the listing stated there were no stains) and I'm happy to report that the listing was correct- everything looks lovely. The shipping was fairly prompt, the rug was well wrapped and rolled, and it truly looks even better in person. Would definitely recommend this seller!

This is a beautiful, extremely dense vintage rug. However there were SEVERAL repairs made to the rug that were not pointed out in the sales description. Shipping also took much longer than expected. Overall, I’m happy with it.

Fed up with Fed Ex. They didn't deliver on date announced, didn't offer another date, refused to deliver to my home, I had to drive to their store and pick up the item.
