We are currently offering a free shipping policy on all items for customers in the Continental US. We have a 3-5 business day processing time after the order is place for it be shipped. As soon as we ship the rug, you will receive a confirmation via email along with a tracking number.
Shipping will be calculated automatically in checkout for customers outside of the Continental US. International customers should note that any delays due to customs, or import taxes or duties incurred at customs are their responsibility.
We gladly accept returns and exchanges and have a no-hassle return policy. The customer should contact us within 14 days of delivery in order to begin processing the return. Upon receiving the rug we will refund your original form of payment. While we provide free shipping to the Continental US when sending out the rug, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. For international purchases, we will not be able to accept returns.

We offer free shipping the 48 US Mainland States. Our preferred shipping carrier is FedEx.

The rug is for a senior apartment in a retirement community which will finish construction in 2 years. We bought one of these rugs from Marshall Fields in 1974, but sadly had to give it up 2 moves ago. We wanted to have one again. We unpacked it, carefully re-rolled it, wrapped it in Tyvek, and are storing it in our library until our last move. We thought the rug was beautiful, exactly as descibed and pictured. We look forward to enjoying it in our new home. Sorry we have no pictures for its final location.

The colors of this rug fit with my decor so well! It’s a gorgeous Persian Tabriz rug, very thick with almost no signs of wear which is amazing for its age. These folks are great to deal with. You may be concerned about buying a rug on line but not to worry…our first choice when it arrived the colors in person did not work in the room. Their return policy was great free shipping return as long as you select another rug that we did that was perfect. This was the second rug we have purchased from them. While the rugs are used they have all been in great condition.
