This was the second Karastan rug we bought from Jon and we love them both. I absolutely can't believe how "new" a 70-year old rug could look. Just like the first time, ordering and the delivery was as smooth as can be. Everyone in the family now claims that the computer room with the new rug is their favorite room in the house. Thanks, Jon!
Beautiful Karastan rug! Thank you!
Amazing rug. Thank you!
Jon with Jewel Rugs is a delight to work with. Jon took charge and delivered 2 beautiful rugs. I was unable to take delivery right away so he held them until I could have them delivered to me in Ireland. The rugs are absolutely what they were advertised in color, quality and design, they are perfect in two rooms of my new home. Thank you Jon and Jewel Rugs!

Karastan Rug 8.8 x 12, Ivory Medallion Kirman #700/711, Wool Pile, Vintage
The rug is for a senior apartment in a retirement community which will finish construction in 2 years. We bought one of these rugs from Marshall Fields in 1974, but sadly had to give it up 2 moves ago. We wanted to have one again. We unpacked it, carefully re-rolled it, wrapped it in Tyvek, and are storing it in our library until our last move. We thought the rug was beautiful, exactly as descibed and pictured. We look forward to enjoying it in our new home. Sorry we have no pictures for its final location.
Magnificent wool / silk carpet. Excellent condition, prompt shipping. We are furnishing a new second property, waiting on additional furniture to be delivered in the next two weeks. We will send photos once we have placed the furniture. When the additional furniture arrives we will likely order some additional carpets from you.

The colors of this rug fit with my decor so well! It’s a gorgeous Persian Tabriz rug, very thick with almost no signs of wear which is amazing for its age. I can’t say enough about how amazing Jon and Jewell rugs have been. Their Customer service gets the highest marks for me. Very responsive, quick to fix any issues and very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend them and will probably buy from them again.
