Returns
We gladly accept returns and exchanges and have a no-hassle return policy. The customer should contact us within 14 days of delivery in order to begin processing the return. Upon receiving the rug we will refund your original form of payment. While we provide free shipping to the Continental US when sending out the rug, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. For international purchases, we will not be able to accept returns.

It has been at the depot in Staunton, VA — 25 miles from here - for 4 days. What’s going on? The same thing happened just two weeks ago. Fed Ex claimed that deliveries were held up by fires in California and floods in Louisiana. What now Fed Ex? What do you do with our stuff at your facility in Staunton?
